I worked with Paramount for 3+ years and is an awesome place to work with if you are looking for working in the consulting world. Although I worked as a consultant, Paramount has employed several people for their internal projects and not less than any reputed company. Paramount as a team they are ethical, dedicated and process oriented. They will keep you on your toes on the documentation when it comes to applying for visas especially their immigration team. Each and every department is very organized, dedicated and responsible. They are very transparent and clear on their policies.
Leadership has done a fabulous job for conducting employee engagement activities and focusing on company growth ..etc. They do several surveys every year to keep improving and make Paramount a better to work for.
Paramount also does a lot of social service in Atlanta, it also inspires and encourages its employees to do the same.
Cons
Pay could be bi-weekly instead of monthly.
