Pros

Very flexible work schedule. Everyone is very friendly including senior management. True startup environment with free drinks and snacks. Open to ideas.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. There is no clear vision of senior management heading for the same goal and purpose. It was once innovative and leader in the space.
