Pros
- stocked kitchen (soda, coffee, snacks, - 5 guys friday (once a month) - flexible work schedule - if you get on management's good side, you'll be treated well
Cons
- senior management is not trustworthy (young guys who don't have much prior experience outside of Parature making uninformed uneducated decisions) - a very demotivating culture (some folks are extremely smart and motivated, others are stuck in their jobs and unwilling to grow and work hard and it impacts the team's morale) - not much room to advance or to be compensated adequately, promotions and raises are given when people threaten to leave
