The good people will help you when it is needed

Cons

- Low salary with skewed bonus system and little chance for raise/promotion - Working long hours daily is expected - Unrealistic expectations given the amount of work assigned - Sales Sales Sales. They'll hire as many sales reps as they can in order to hit numbers but will leave other departments short-handed. - HIGH turnover the last few months. A lot of people have started and left a few weeks/months later - Immediate and upper management very disconnected from employees - Favoritism is rampant - Little to no education on anything passed your immediate duties

No clear direction. Scope of project completely changes overnight without any communication to team. They will frame you to fail if they want to let you go (that is a tell sign to leave). False promises and then ask you to do more for a less salary.

I have been with Parcel Pending for 11 months now, and it has been a phenomenal experience. In my time I have learned and grown so much. The CEO and management genuinely cares for each of its employees. There is a tremendous amount of support and encouragement to help in your success. The pay and benefits are great, and the company believes in promoting within.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any from my experience.
