While most companies are progressing creating more work life balance and positive work environments that foster growth, the new leadership in place is driving Parcel Pending back into the dark ages. Everyone on the sales team, managers included, areself serving. There is no sense of “team” to be found..The culture is toxic and It stems down mainly from the old leadership that played favorites and now the new leadership who micro manage, tied everyone’s hands behind their backs while they have come in blind, shooting from the hip.

Unfortunately, they are no longer a startup and were bought out. The parent company laid-off the entire Engineering department. The company also had some growing pains that they were unable to deal with appropriately, which caused frustrations between departments to form. They were unable to come up with a solid plan and stick to it. They kept changing their priorities each day.
