Too much to list. Biggest con would be the worst systems and processes I've experienced. If you're from Syneos you'll probably do well here as there is clear bias to Syneos employees. Company overall is still struggling but is improving, but there have been comments made that indicate more layoffs will most likely be needed.

Was acquired by private equity company....now all focus is making financials look good by pushing higher and higher new business targets regardless of whether staff to do work sold, and eliminate PTO financial liabilities owed to employees. Trainwreck waiting to happen.
