Glendale upper management only recognize degrees. The more prestigious the school, the faster you move up the ladder. No hard work required. All others who sweat it out daily through long hours and have become amazing at their jobs through perseverance are left behind and rarely recognized. I say "rarely" because a blue moon recognition by upper Management will happen if they need something or if they did something wrong. The place is broken. The only reason it keeps running is by the hard-working non-prestigious degrees, no degree, dedicated staff who need their jobs to take care of their families.
Morale is at an all time low and sadly, no one cares. Local HR is controlled by upper management and corrupted by politics. So much talk about following company processes, but HR allows upper Management to go around them. Recently promoted Directors and Managers have little to no experience in the teams they are tasked to lead. Staff are teaching them what to do. How is this ok? Another lawsuit is just waiting to happen.
