Pros

flexible working hours, as long as you get the job done, no one really cares when you come in and when you leave. You can work from home as well. 20% + of the employees are decentralized.

Cons

chaos in financial and operational systems, currently. too many highly paid directors who are only good at talking, but not real working. High turnover rate, over-burned work bees.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.

Pros

Parexel is a good company to work for due to its culture and competitive compensation, and benefits.

Cons

I had the misfortune to report to a not-so-nice, verbally abusive boss in my last year with the company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback as someone who spent more than 10 years with Parexel. I'm glad you found our culture, compensation, and benefits competitive during your long tenure with us. Your commitment to the organization for over a decade speaks volumes, and we're grateful for your contributions. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with your direct manager in your final year. This doesn't align with our core value of Respect, where we strive for supportive, compassionate, and kind teams. While we do conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback from departing employees, your comment suggests we may need to strengthen this process to ensure all voices are heard and appropriate actions are taken. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we need to improve our leadership accountability and support systems. If you'd like to share more details about your experience, please contact me at Tom.McGoldrick@Parexel.com.
