They often make errors in your pay. Getting a response from anyone by email or phone is almost impossible, mailboxes seem to be permanently full, emails just get ignored, and phone numbers are suddenly 'out of service'. Not what you would expect from such a company. Also the system of reporting sales figures is way out of date, complicated and time consuming.
When you leave the company you will get charged if your uniform is not back to them within a certain time- mine had to have arrived 3 days after my last working day. They informed me of this via letter just 2 days before my last day, despite me calling and emailing the company for weeks beforehand to try to find out this information
