Friendly company Good perks No serious hard sell pressure like other brands,sell to customers needs now. Direct simple target strategy. New management very-positive choice Dior,who is very supportive,will help you develop up threw the brand this is a new thing due to a new manager in the area. One of the few cosmetic houses who have a heritage,own in house perfumer and who are pure luxury!

Cons

Basic pay unless you NEGOTIATE at interview stage be persistent otherwise you get left on poor pay for what you do compared t Difficult to get a pay rise or any progression in the past,things were slowly changing under new management.
