Too leaders considered themselves superior to the sales workers. Teams from all around the company will stop by the boutique from marketing team, to top executives and will not take the time to even introduce themselves or acknowledge anyone aside from the boutique manager. You couldn’t speak up or give input on anything when supervisors were in because you would get reprimanded. If anything needed to be fixed, or we wanted to give input on what would work best for the clients or help improve sales there was never an option to do so because we had to act like everything was perfect. They never promote internally, and they never acknowledge your hard work.
