- positive, friendly, work-like-one teams; - reduced levels of stress as the management takes away all client and boss email exchange from the dev team; - HR activities are just great, the first company for my 7 years experience with really good HR. You can always approach them and talk about your issues. They accept suggestions and what is more - make them happen; - no huge overload; - top location in the heart of the city (near NDK); - free beverages, Friday hour, free breakfast one day a week, medical insurance, multisport card; - very understanding management as long as family of employees is concerned; - good remuneration based on average IT salaries in the country.
Cons
- strict working hours from 9 to 6; - no work from home; - vacations are sometimes cancelled a week before start date; - short vacations are much more welcome than longer; - not very good ventilation during summer; - a bit noisy as office faces Rakovska str.
