Pros

Great people, everyone is nice and outgoing. Also a great mentorship program and a transparent pay structure.

Cons

Most clients don't have the newest tech stack, and large clients have a lot of inertia in which it is hard to make significant changes... That's mostly consulting, though, not necessarily Pariveda specific.

Pros

Pariveda is a place where I've been able to chart my course, grow myself and learn broadly and in specialty areas I want to learn more about. I am part of a team I greatly value because of how we collaborate together. I have several mentors who guide and help me to reflect on my accomplishments and growth areas. I'm inspired by the culture and desire to do interesting work that improves the lives of people in companies and their customers. It's a challenging place that supports me.

Cons

Every place has some downside. Pariveda seems to have less cons because of the culture and how people work with each other to seek to understand first to resolve differences.

The company has shown a great deal of interest in what I care about and my growth from before I started on my first day. The company is set up for you as the employee to grow. I love it. The people are extraordinary too.
