      Pros

      In every mentor meeting and semi-annual review, Pariveda takes into account your career aspirations and coordinates achieving them with your teammates and manager(s). The feedback is precise and specific with attainable goals set to refine your development. Knowing you want to grow as a person is one thing, but being given a framework of incremental progress supported by peers, bosses, and vice presidents who know you by name, all while being paid to work is a completely different thing. Paired with their transparency over business decisions, salaries, promotions, project placement, and stock sharing, Pariveda becomes the full package.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of building relationships with clients, I don't believe full-time remote work will be an option after quarantine.

      Pros

      2020 was a rough year, to say the least. Pariveda remained who they said they were: transparent, trustworthy, compassionate, adaptable.

      Cons

      They take their Learn.Coach.Give motto seriously. You need to take a very active role in your career development and others'. If you're not willing to put the effort into your own growth as well as your coworkers, you may struggle.
