      Pros

      The system works for the most part. The leaders that have grown through the company are good at keeping the culture and message that has been there since the beginning and addressing issues that might go against it. There is no perfect company, though you definitely get what you put in and focus on staying the course.

      Cons

      Pariveda is still in the process of finding an identity and level of career expectations that covers all office locations.

      Pros

      There are so many networking opportunities. As a consultant, Pariveda Solutions provides a challenging, proactive work environment. You are surrounded by intelligent individuals who can think about and solve problems at a very high level from day one. The work/life balance for a consulting role is outstanding. Most consultants work just over or close to 40-hour work weeks. The clients we work with provide engaging and interesting work. The company's objective is to help grow individuals into a vice president role through transparency and regular feedback. The model works and I look forward to going into work every day!

      Cons

      The only con I see is for individuals that are looking for a purely technical role. Pariveda Solutions creates an environment that encourages employees to learn and progress into a managerial role.
