      Pros

      Strong broad commitment to a feedback culture, clear expectations and support for growth. Strong local office, part of a strong national firm. Good mix of projects, technologies, clients and focus areas.

      Cons

      Working in consulting is not the right career path for every technologist. Success here requires a commitment to professional services as well as tech/business/product expertise. Then you need to be ready to work on personal growth and coaching others, with some personal vulnerability, in building your professional services and domain skills.

      The list can go on and on, but overall Pariveda'a culture is something that cannot be beat. At Pariveda it is all about growing the employees. They work with you to get the experience you need to get promoted and keep a constant flow of growth within your career. You will never be bored here. We work on some of the most challenging and technologically advanced projects that will keep every consultant on his/her toes. It is truly a very rewarding company to work for! Also, the set expectation criteria for promotions is the best I've seen anywhere.

      Cons

      A major challenge that you will face when working at Pariveda is that it can be stressful at times. Since the culture is focused on growing everyone, this is not a company where you can sit idle in your position. Although this is the case, they really encourage you to take your PTO so it is possible to have a good work life balance.

      -The company cares about its people with great benefits, PTO, and career development -Your mentors really work with you to get you promoted as quickly and easily as possible -A career plan is laid out for all employees making it very easy to figure out how to move up in the company -We have big-name clients that we work for and do interesting and challenging work for all of them -There are enough opportunities that, over time, you become good at a little bit of everything

      -Pariveda Solutions vets out the weaker players in the hiring process, making the entire on-boarding experience VERY long
