      Pros

      Great career development plan, transparency, great people, lots of good snacks and drinks in the office, good benefits that they don't advertise very well, nice location close to a lot of food trucks though Bellevue is not ideal, get to choose your own brand new computer

      Not all of the projects are equally as exciting, Bellevue isn't ideal as a location

      -meetings on the beach -plenty of time for training -wide variety of projects (web dev, mobile, cloud, machine learning, and more) -great management

      -sometimes we feel understaffed and need to import from the other offices

      A focus on Talent Development for the employees

      Pros

      Pariveda only hires for full time, salaried positions. There is little national travel (only for training really) and the consultants spend a majority of their time at the local client site. Everyone receives a semi-annual and annual review like clockwork and there is a structured mentoring program in place. I believe that I had my mentor paired up with me within the first 3 days of employment. What’s new for me, and I haven’t seen at the other companies that I’ve worked for is that there are company paid premiums for healthcare/dental, and they matching your 401k starting day 1! No vesting over however-many years.

      Cons

      This job is not for everyone. If you're someone who wants to be comfortable in a role for a while, you will find that Pariveda is a better environment for people that want to remain on the fast track and continue to grow in their career and get promoted every 12-18mo's.
