Great benefits for the industry. Local model means you don't have to travel that much if at all. Career development is a major goal of the company.

Cons

Sometimes hours can get long during project crunch time but that is consulting. Hard to come up with too many negatives.

Fast pace, so much to learn, quick growth in company, brilliant people, great office locations, excellent benefits, company pride, no out of town travel.

Cons

Stressful, uncertain client locations (though no travel), still a vertical company structure (though the expectations and roles are different enough to ward off competition).

-Love the people I work with -Great location of all offices -Awesome pay and benefits -Up for promotion every year -My team wants me to truly learn and lets me take the reigns on projects that I am capable of and ones that also challenge me

Cons

-So many cubicles.. Collaborative work environment would be awesome -So many dolphins...
