      Pros

      Pariveda Solutions makes internal talent their #1 priority. I learn a lot working here and am given a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities. I enjoy fast-paced, exciting consulting setting but am not required to travel like I would in other consultancies.

      Cons

      You don't get to pick the types of projects or responsibilities you are assigned to. While Pariveda staffs according to team members' strengths, it's possible to grow tired of certain projects. This comes with consulting, however, and management does its best to accommodate needs and preferences.

      Pros

      Teaches tech savy individuals and systems thinkers how to grow through leader, management, director and executive positions instead of career locking in a narrow skillset. Great formal and informal mentoring. I have never had a problem finding someone to help. Working with 'A' players means you bring your 'A' game every day. There is no better way to grow and be your best. Great social events - promotion happy hours, company trips, and parties

      Cons

      The career development process works great for most but those who can't take guidance or feedback should not apply.
