In theory, it is possible for an exceptional talent among very talented people to "skip" level in early career with some organizations once during their employment. Most people need to quit their current employers to "skip" a level, typically followed by a slower progress following their move. These opportunities happen relatively rarely.
We are designed to advance talented individuals in a consistently rapid fashion. We have well over a decade long track record to prove it. In an average year, about half our employees are promoted. And the average time at level is just over one year. For individuals seeking promotion, on average it is typically faster and more financially rewarding to stay with our firm and be promoted than quit for a "skip" level move.
