The culture is amazing at Pariveda and they care about you, your growth and development. Pariveda's feedback culture encourages people to be honest and give/receive feedback openly and frequently. They have certain expectations depending on your level and a guideline (Expectations Framework) on how you should be operating at certain levels, which is very helpful.

Cons

Sometimes you feel pressured to do well since you are surrounded by many intelligent, motivated, talented individuals. You are also expected to grow to become a leader and a mentor. So if you are not interested in growing professionally, this company may not be the best fit.

Pariveda has proven to be a company full of employees that care about each other. Not only do most employees dedicate a lot of time to the growth and development of others, but they are genuinely understanding of how personal life can impact who you are as a professional. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of work to do and high expectations for it, but there is also a lot of thought put into what someone can handle and when.

Cons

Pariveda is evolving as a company so some times it feels like there is a lot of change happening with a lack of communication. However, this is inherent at any company that's growing and evolving.
