      Good company with formalized career path

      Pros

      Very focused on career development. Mentor / mentee relationships are a formalized part of the development process. Clear expectations at each level, but open enough to carve out your own path based on individual interests. 100% pay transparency - everybody knows what the others are earning. - - Salaries are specific to each level. Great people - I enjoy working with all my teammates. They are fun and smart, but also committed to the work.

      Cons

      No bonuses - each employee gets a flat annual salary Each employee is required to meet a minimum number of required community service hours per year outside of work. I personally believe it should be my own choice, not a mandate from the company. Semiannual review process can be very cumbersome and time intensive. Company uses a lot of acronyms that don’t come easy to laypeople.

      - transparent pay and promotion structure - formal mentorship program - focus on supporting employee growth and wellbeing - great benefits including 100% employer covered health insurance plan - employee empowerment through holacracy methodology

      - a bit cult-like with Pariveda-centric terminology and frameworks

      Pros

      Pariveda is a truly unique company that cares so much about their employees. Everyone employed at Pariveda is a great person and there is an abundance of ways to get help or assistance if you need it. They pay for your health insurance premium, it is an Employee Owned Company, and most unique, it is a holacracy government structure. Pay is generous and learning opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      They have a return to work program that just started, they will only hire if you live within one of there Geo's listed on their website. I think this is a big miss by management, they are going to be limiting their network/reach significantly.
