Great Place to Grow Your Career

Pros

Continual focus on personal growth from management team. Management team looks for ways to stretch each employee with their project assignments. Employee owned - each employee earns shares on an annual basis as a nice bonus. Start with 4 weeks of PTO the first year. Transparent organizational structure and pay at each level.

Cons

Job requires very adaptive personality that is resilient to change. Need to be able to adjust to new roles and responsibilities quickly.

Pros

You can tell here that the management team is really into personal and professional growth. The level of talent and and mindfulness of new hires I met across all of the offices in our onboarding class blew me away. The rigorous hiring process ensures that they not only hire great workers, but great people as well.

Cons

While the compensation model is great and transparent, the location adjustments for offices could be a little better.

Pros

+ Flat Hierarchy: While there are ranks per se, ideas and feedback from every level of the company are sought out and taken seriously. + People First: It's pretty much guaranteed you'll be treated as a human being. Be ready to have people ask you about your feelings. + Growth and Development: From day one you're more or less being groomed to be an executive one day. The whole company is geared towards making the most of your career.

Cons

- Rigid Culture: While there are several personality types that thrive here, if you can't find your niche it will be hard to stick around. - Fixed Salaries: Salaries at each level are fixed by market and rarely deviate from company guidelines (i.e. you can't negotiate for a bigger check). If you want more pay, you must be promoted first.
