Pros

This company values you as a person. They work with and support you in a way that doesn't just benefit the company, but you as a whole. They want you to be successful and provide great mentorship to ensure you're able to obtain your goals. The way their company is run is so different from other corporate jobs, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to be apart of it.

Cons

There is a lot of terminology to learn, and if you've worked for other corporations, Pariveda's approach to running their company differs (in a great way) and might take some getting use to. However, its not bad at all once you get the hang of it!

Nice people, very flexible teams, transparent pay scale and advancement, good feedback loops. Learned a lot and good place to start career.

Cons

Lack of experienced developers framed as “growth opportunities”, depending on the type of work done pay can be too low

Great people, supportive teams, and understanding managers.

Cons

There is a great framework for growth but you can't move faster than what is set out so if you start at a lower level it can take a while to get to the manager levels if that is your goal.
