The People - I am continuously impressed by the people at Pariveda. There is a sense of humility, passion, and empathy that starts with Leadership and trickles down throughout the firm. Everyone has the common goal of growing every employee to their highest potential. I genuinely love the people that I work with and have felt at home the last 4+ years. Coaching & Mentorship - I always feel supported in my career journey. Your managers and mentors genuinely care about you as a person and as a professional. Career Growth - If you want to accelerate your career growth than Pariveda is the place for you. With the clear expectations and mentorship, you'll go advance quickly. Transparency - The Expectations Framework provides you with a clear path to promotion. Salaries are transparent and equitable - every employee at the same level is compensated equally as expectations are the same (includes geo differentials for COLA). This reduces the risk of bias, discrimination, favoritism, etc.
Cons
Not everyone likes the career path - if you do not want to feel challenged or accelerate your career growth, Pariveda is not the place for you. There is an expectation that everyone will grow into a leader and mentor - Pariveda won't work if you want to stay an individual contributor your entire career.
