Pros

They are customer focused. Flexibility and empowerment to help customers. 401k match, pension. They are a community minded bank. However, they need to be more employee minded.

Cons

Salary is terrible. Promotions based on years of employment vs. merit. Lack of guidance, direction, and training for new employees.

Pros

As a full time student, I was given a lot of freedom to complete my work at my own time and after banking hours.

Cons

Felt like a burden whenever I needed to ask a question to any of the management or executives. They were hard to get a hold of and when I did I would only have half of their attention.

Park truly cares about their employees and their customers, which is rare in banking these days

Cons

Pay could be better compared to competitors, but they are a smaller bank so it's offset by that.
