The only pro I can think of is that you will get some real world experience.

Cons

No room to grow, they don't pay you what you're worth (20 cent raises seriously), no two branches are run the same which makes customers very unhappy.

Good benefits and good management, flexible schedule. Gives a generous benefits for time off and the health insurance is great.

Cons

Hard to advance. Wish it was easier to move with in the company to a management with an advanced degree.
