Pros

Park's company culture and environment is second-to-none. Leadership is people-focused and cares about associates just like they're customers. Benefits are generous (KSOP w/50% match, Bank-paid pension, DCAP, Life Insurance). Your teammates really do care about you and I've found (working in/with various departments in the bank) they become like a second family.

Cons

The ONLY con I can mention is that advancement is slow/ inconsistent.

Poor management. Play favorites towards other employees. Dont want to pay much or give raises.
