The job itself is very easy. The phone calls are hardly difficult and there is often a lot of down time.

The benefits alone are enough to pursue a career with the company. They offer daycare reimbursement and vacation days pretty quickly after being hired. They're very involved with the community and give their employees an opportunity to give back.

Cons
