Cons
The current strategy of buying companies and stripping them is not a sustainable model. The service delivery has suffered greatly to the detriment of the sales person trying to put lipstick on a pig. The C level are only interested in their payout from the equity company, especially now that they have once again taken on a new company owner (50%). Overall employee culture is terrible, with a lot of griping daily about the "new" employees from all the acquisitions. No upward mobility unless you call a slash in pay to be a manager a good trajectory.
