Below average pay and commission structure compared to other tech industry sales role - and it just seems to get worse each year. Benefits aren't anything special, even though the majority of employees are young enough to still be covered by their parents insurance. Selling discounted maintenance on data centers is quickly becoming irrelevant in the industry when the majority of your customers are migrating to the could. Very hard product to sell. Take the job if you have no experience, get enough experience to get a job elsewhere and leave as soon as you can. This place will suck you in.
