      Pros

      If you like to be the managers personal spell checker and calculator for simple math like (literally) 1+1=? then this is the place for you. If you like a manager that comes in 1hr late, takes a 2hr lunch and leaves 1hr early everyday... this place is for you. If you like a manager that spends the day on Facebook... This is for you. If you don't mind blatant racism... This is the company for you. I think you get that I have nothing nice to say.... Sorry.

      Cons

      Racist Managers (not all) that contributed and allowed racist names to be called in the office. Unethical and incompetent HR department that would go out to lunch with managers and socialize with them. A CEO that has his head in the sand and only cares about the bottom line and not how it gets done. I gave everything I had to this place and they screwed me BIG time! Worst place I've ever worked for.

      None whatsoever! Was laid off after 3 years of blood sweat and tears due to so called business decisions.

      Cons

      No job stability. Management doesn’t care about people working under them. Was told at hire that this job was recession proof and boom laid off three years later through no fault of my own.

      - My immediate team is great, and there are great people within the company - I clock out after 8 hours and forget the place until the next day

      Cons

      - Upper Management/Execs seem like they’re completely detached from the actual working people of the company. They make decisions that almost nobody in the company wants and also don’t seem to care what their employees think about them. - Accountability for managers and employees alike is non existent. My work is constantly made more difficult by the mistakes others make, yet nothing ever changes. - The internal software we use is horrendously outdated. There have been entire days where I wasn’t able to complete any work because the software wasn’t working. - My work load seems to increase on an almost monthly/quarterly basis yet my pay doesn’t scale accordingly.
