Pros
Young enviorment where you can make friends You will learn the grind and alot of valuable tools/knowledge of different services that you can apply to another job when you end up leaving after a year like everyone else
Cons
Alot of hidden things within this company...you dont get 401k matching until you have been here 3 years....account manager role is 80% luck of the territory you get but they turn a blind eye to everyone know that so they will praise people for luck. Nobody is on the same page. The give a base level of knowledge and think that a 30 minute unorganized training every week will help. The commission plan...wow....WOW...not good...not really worth your time trying to sell your hardest because you make close to nothing off deals that could take you months to close....doesnt get you excited when you have a 100k deal and make close to 1k in commission. And those deals are a long shot average deal is probably 3-10k The list really could go on and on because nobody is truly happy here some do well and make money but they will promote that like the American Dream when it is not realistic We have to sell everything...Is it nice when you have alot of options in your tool belt...of course but does it help that all the supporting roles are never on the same page or have 0 sense of urgancy(No). Most of the supporting roles are people who did not make it as account managers. They are metrix focused "hit your dials!" and tbh everyone gets burnt out and just coasts through the day The "culture" that you hear about apparently used to be good but...yeahhhh...not so much they will only do something if investors or channel partners come so it looks like we are a fun company these things go for Sales roles..tbh we are a sales driven company so the other postions look like they have fun. The other department dont have nearly the same turn over rate. Its actually comical how bad it is here and it makes you think why am i staying? You start as a BDA then you graduate to an Account mananger but from beyond that there is almost no growth opportunity
