meeting new people and customers are sometimes nice

no set schedules, you better hope your friends with someone in management if you want to move up and work with very unprofessional people

really are there for the customers! They make sure that each person knows that they are welcome and important to the store.

Cons

Always under staff and do not give warning when schedules are filled. They do not care about the worker as much as the consumer.
