Some great coworkers, wonderful students. Plenty of opportunities to learn.

Cons

Upper Management is only considered with their own preservation, you will be worked to the bone while constantly short staffed. Below industry pay. Any convenient excuse will be used to keep you from advancement. The majority of your coworkers are very inexperienced because experience costs money.

Coworkers at my station are fun to be around, Free breakfast and lunch. Getting to taste new foods I’ve never had before.

Cons

Blatant racism and discrimination by GM. Blatant sexism by sous chef. Rude & hateful GM who doesn’t care about her employees of color

It seems like all of the positive reviews here are bogus by their choice of wording. No seriously. Read them. Don't they seem fake? Regardless I'm here to tell you this company is a huge joke. The training is not existent and they think that they're so special but they're really not. The RM was very unprofessional. Actually called me stupid. Actually I guess I am stupid because I chose this company for a career but soon realized that it is a joke. Reality, there are no pros...maybe the pay was decent.

Cons

Too many to mention here but just know that you want to stay far far away from this company.
