Pros

Learned to work proficiently with kitchen equipment. Engaging with customers daily. Learn to make the best out of poor business practice.

Cons

Poor behavior and conduct from Upper Management. They take no accountability for errors. No diversity, no voice. Lack of staffing. Constant discrepancies with moneys.

Pros

You get to be creative with your work most of the time. Long breaks and I mean long; you get 1 week for Spring Break, 4 days for Easter, 3 Months for Summer, 1 week for Fall Break, 5 days for Thanksgiving, and 1 Month for Christmas.

Cons

Management is terrible, they embody the idea "Do as I say not as I do." Management is extremely lazy and will pass all work off onto employees working them long days on their feet while they sit in the office and gossip. Has a very high school feel, everyone gossips and nepotism is a huge problem. No room for movement up unless manager gives blessing.

Pros

Interacting with customers and some cooks were really good people, paid time off was always nice, teachers were wonderful to talk to, my little team always got the job done. Many of them deserve a raise.

Cons

Rude, no 3 month reviews, no yearly raises, food waste really high, nobody listens unless you are over 30, they don't care who they hire, very closed minded when it comes to new ideas, always short staffed 2 to 3 people when busy half the time one person does all the work. Lack of compassion and empathy towards workers, a lot of egos (that's anywhere) but when your chicken pink more than half time or prepping/frying raw chicken during service while ready to eat food is right next to raw product while there is other places you can do that at.
