-Opportunities to learn through observation of the managers -Flexible hours, great managers -Ability to do what you want, ideas are always considered -Awesome pay!

Cons

-Marketing internship/mentorship program is flawed, corporate mentor will leave you for weeks without checking in and then expect you to complete a project with limited guidance -Disorganized on corporate's part -Brand guidelines change all the time
