Family-run company without the family drama. The staff are here to help you grow professionally. Managers are personable. Company is growing quick in the midwest. More opportunities are coming in the Chicago area.

Cons

Pro and Con: Low turnover rate; which leads to being stuck at the same position.

Pros

The culture of this company is amazing. For a company with 10,000 employees, the leadership team works hard to maintain a culture of care for employees, guests, and the community. I could earn more elsewhere but having a culture of care and trust means more to me.

Cons

Like any large organization, holding standards across the board can be tough, but the senior operators are a pretty solid group. Only a few I'd toss off of the bridge.
