Parkhurst is committed to continuous training and improvement. The are always reevaluating their suppliers, methods, marketing and food service. They value their employees and have many employees who have been with the company for many years. They also promote from within.

Cons

Their head quarters are in Pittsburgh so depending which account you work at you may be an outlier.
