This job was a joke, no room for advancement if they dont like you no matter how hRd you work, & they will fire you for no reason if they dont like you either no matter how hard you work or how loyal you are to them.

The working environment was always fun. I felt valued as an employee. Performance were helpful and provided constructive criticism. Summers and semester breaks were nice, our schedules allowed us considerate amounts of time off

Cons

I hardly ever got a full 40 hour work week. Our schedules were dependent on the school schedule. Although it was nice having the summer off that makes it hard to support oneself. Not everyone would qualify for unemployment. If their was work available in summer it was very part time.
