Pros

Great food options. Continually changing menu and reasonable prices with food cooked right in front of you. In the location I was at you can see growth in the staff because they promote from within I have seen cooks become executive chefs and supervisors as well as cashiers become supervisors. It it more then a job it makes it a career.

Friendly employees, good culture, decent amount of overtime, paid for Servsafe manager class, very generous holiday bonus, overall a positive experience

Cons

Pay leaves something to be desired, shifts dried up in the summer, simply can't afford to stay even though I'd like to.
