      PMC pays MUCH lower than other valet companies in Louisville. I started at $5 per hour and they lowered our hourly wage in 2020 down to $4.25. I found out the main competitor to PMC in Louisville was paying a base of $10-$12 per hour. Overall, they don't seem to value their employees; you'd be better off working at literally any other valet company.

      Depending where you work it’s a fun daily environment.

      Cons

      They don’t pay well, especially the base employees. Top management is never assisting you. They just tell you what you’re doing wrong and that it needs fixed. You also don’t get any rewards for doing better than others.
