Management lacks transparency and accountability. I attempted to engage in an honest dialogue with executive leadership (VP level) regarding discrepancies in my performance record, but my communications were ignored.

Cons

Unstable environment for those considering relocation. I moved 1,600 miles for this position, only to have the rug pulled out after 4 months. The company demonstrated a complete disregard for the personal and financial impact that a cross-country move has on an employee's life.
