      Pros

      If you work at the correct spots you can make up to $50 an hour or more Freedom, you are without supervision most of the time so it is nice to be able to get a say in how the stand is run that day.

      Cons

      Management is almost useless, they barely answer texts and phone calls. Managers put themselves at the best spots every day. If you let the company walk over you they will, stick up for yourself and make sure to voice your opinion.

      Cons

      Upper management thinks that no matter where you are, you can make good money by providing excellent service. Reality is you can’t if it’s an extremely slow restaurant. They care more about just having the accounts so PMC can make money rather than paying us more so we actually are happy with our jobs instead of working for 5 hours and making $20. They wonder why turnover is so high. The money is only good if you’re put at a busy restaurant.
