Great customers. Ok benefits, Mon-Friday workweek.

Cons

Management clueless, horrible communicators, toxic culture, condescending to employees. They talk a big game, but have poor execution. Zero support from managers and senior management.

Pros

Benefits were decent, work life balance wasn’t bad, MOST people there were genuine and hardworking. If you’re willing to put up with stubborn old men for managers and let your career stagnate for a bit, this could be a great place to work.

Cons

Upper management too set in their ways, no hybrid / remote options, uncompetitive pay, constant miscommunication, almost zero opportunities for training and advancement, clear examples of favoritism in each department

If there is any I guess it's that your not smothered by management

Cons

You never know when you get to leave, extreme favoritism, the management will try to punish you by giving you the worst jobs, the pay is below average micromanage by a hypocrite manager that can barely read or write they throw temper tantrums like school kids then try to punish you
