Favoritism . No Work Life Balance. Doesn’t keep equipment maintenanced. Pay others more Money that do less work than you do!

Benefits are decent and holidays are good.

Cons

No work life balance, they want you to be a robot and have no life outside of work. As a salaried employee they act like they own you. Higher up management will put on a show, I called it the smoke and mirrors show, they lie about everything. They hide alot of information from their employees. No room for growth.
