Pros

-The people are really what make the work environment worth it. -They will occasionally do certain giveaways for workers for activities.

Cons

-I have worked for this company for awhile now and they used to be so much better with the previous CEO. -The benefits have decreased over the last 2 years. We get so much as an email from upper management during the holidays, let alone any type of gift, bonus, etc. in comparison to previous years. -Insurance has gone up in cost and doesn't cover as much as previous. -They just contracted out for our lab technicians and several people found out suddenly that they were losing their jobs.
