The professional development and networking opportunities for employees. They are working to broaden their disciplines and make more opportunities for employment. Great benefits.

Cons

Dependent on your manager, and job placement at the time, it may be very hard to advance with other job opportunities that will challenge you. If you don't network, it will be very hard to get other jobs.

- Everything has to go through a process that is extremely tedious and time consuming - Salary is not competitive with others within the industry - Dending on your position, work/life balance is just not there
