      Over all a good company to work for

      Pros

      People are great to work, good opportunities, some people I work are just amazing and foster your growth. Generally take good care of the employees. Hiring and firing goes depending on the project type and expectations by the client

      Cons

      Not a very good salary range. Communications is not very good between the managers when it comes to re-assign people. HR department is not pro-active in re-assigning people within the company

      If the time and match is right, you are hired and given nearly all necessary for success, after that, if you have not networked and made yourself indispensible to others thru your own efforts, it becomes very iffy.

      Cons

      Centers of gravity are DC, Charlotte and Pas. If not there, get there or be known personally there.

      Salary and benefits are good. ESOP is good if you get the chance to stay with the company.

      Cons

      Upper management VP level out of touch. They are quick to make decision without knowing all the facts. They avoid getting involved with middle management decisions even the decisions are questionable. EECO does not mean anything. Body system and nepotism are out of control. Retaliation is common and allowed.
