      1. potential variety of tasks 2. good pay 3. good benefits ESOP/401k

      Cons

      1. Each division is like a separate company even though they want to be thought of as one 2. Executive level appears to consider itself royalty 3. often not competitive in the market 4. Spread too far too thin

      Pros

      Parsons offers technically challenging projects, with well-known and interesting clients. You can learn a lot by being emersed in complex projects and programs.

      Cons

      Parsons can be very impersonal, as your supervisor and other managers are commonly located in other locations spread throughout the U.S. Also, the rates (lack of overhead generation) do not allow for much investment in your career (training, conferences, etc.).

      Pros

      Work on large and small project. Opportunity to work on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. Very good ESOP contributions in good and not so good times.

      Cons

      It is a very large company it is easy to get lost. Sometimes the decisions of management don't seem to take into account the employees at all or even common sense.
